What happens if there are more users accessing the system than my allowed concurrent access limit?

We have a Fair Usage policy in place and will send an email notification to the main account holder to let them know the limit has been reached.

The number of concurrent users can easily be increased as you grow. You can do this by accessing the Subscriptions area of InFormally and increase the limit to whatever is needed.

Is there a discount if I pay annually?

Yes! When you choose to pay annually you get the equivalent of 2 months free.

You select to pay annually when you create your account.

I need my invoices, how can I get them?

We automatically provide access to your invoices within Informally. To access your invoice(s), log in and go to the Subscription menu. There you will see an option for Invoices, click on it and it will load your available invoices.

How can I add my brand to InFormally

You can:

  1. Upload your company logo to informally for all of your users to see
  2. Change the main colours within the system to match your brand
  3. Create your own dedicated sub domain login page that’s branded with your logo and a branded background image
What are concurrent users?

This is the number of your users who can use InFormally at the same time. As you may know, you can setup an unlimited number of user accounts, it is only restricted by the number of active users.

Can I call or email you to discuss changes to my account?

Absolutely. You can call us during our open hours or email your account manager or the support team as needed.

We understand that your software needs may change as your business changes, that’s way we have built a flexible solution to grow with you.

How do I add extra users to my account?

To add additional users to your account, log in and go to the Admin option in the menu where you will see the option to manage Users.

There is no additional costs to adding any extra users to the system. We only charge for your concurrent access (the number of users that access InFormally at any one time).

How can I send more SMS notifications?

To send more SMS notifications to your users, you will need to do 2 things:

  1. Add the SMS notifications to your required workflows.
  2. Increase the number of SMS notifications InFormally can send to your users through the Subscription area.
What type of user accounts are there?

There are four standard user account types: Super User, Administrator, Read Only and General User.

If non of those fit your requirements, it is really easy to create your own Roles and define exactly what every user needs to access.

How do I add extra storage to my account?

To add additional storage to your account, log in and go to the Admin option in the menu where you will see the Subscription option.

Simply select the amount of additional storage you require and the system will calculate the additional costs automatically. The new cost will then be applied once you accept the changes.

How does the free trial work?

When you sign up for a free trial, you are given an Access package to enable you to create 5 forms and / or active lists. That’s enough for you to test the capabilities and flexibility of InFormally.

If you decide to continue using InFormally, your main account holder simply logs in to the Subscription area to set up the account and confirm what package you need.
